Our End-to-End Avionics Process
From concept to certification and beyond – our structured process ensures innovation, compliance, and reliability at every stage of the avionics lifecycle. Developed to the highest criticality standard: Design Assurance Level A.
01 Development
We cover the full V-Model according to ARP4754B and ARP4761A, including System Safety. Our expertise spans RTCA DO-254 for hardware (AMC 20-152A simple to complex), DO-178C for software, and related standards – ensuring compliance and reliability from the very start.
02 Qualification
In the qualification phase, we validate designs against environmental and operational requirements. This includes testing according to RTCA DO-160G and all related standards to ensure that hardware and software perform reliably under real-world aerospace conditions.
03 Certification
Certification is carried out together with our customers and their Design Organization. We compile and present complete compliance evidence to the authorities (e.g. EASA, FAA). This close cooperation ensures a smooth approval process, market entry, and lasting confidence in the system.
04 Entry into Service
After certification, we ensure a seamless entry into service. As a Part 21G production organization, we unite regulatory requirements with EN9100:2018 standards in one integrated system.
05 Lifecycle Support
Our responsibility doesn’t end with entry into service. We provide lifecycle support under EN9100:2018, including maintenance, repairs, spare parts, and upgrades. Through our Part 145 maintenance organization and customer service, we keep your avionics reliable, compliant, and mission-ready.

It authorises us to manufacture aviation parts and equipment under the strictest regulatory requirements. Every product we build is fully documented, traceable, and delivered with an official EASA Form 1 release certificate. Thanks to bilateral agreements, this certificate is also recognised by other aviation authorities worldwide, such as the FAA in the United States.
