Hosting with Framer
Our website is hosted by Framer B.V. (hereinafter "Framer"), Singel 258, 1016 AB Amsterdam, Netherlands. Framer is a tool for creating and hosting websites. Framer provides the platform and infrastructure for creating and hosting our website.
When you visit our website, Framer automatically collects server log files, including your IP address, the browser type and version, the time of access, and the URL of the referring page. These data are necessary to ensure the stability and security of the website.
The use of Framer is based on Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. We have a legitimate interest in the reliable, secure and performant presentation of our online content.
We have concluded a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with the provider mentioned above. This is a contract required by data protection law, which ensures that the data of our website visitors is processed only according to our instructions and in compliance with the GDPR.
Framer uses a Content Delivery Network (CDN) to deliver the website, which may result in the transfer of website visitors' IP addresses to servers in the USA. This data transfer is based on the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) of the EU Commission.
Please note that despite the use of SCCs, the level of data protection in the USA may not fully correspond to that of the EU.
Log files are generally stored for up to 30 days and then automatically deleted, unless longer storage is required for security or error analysis purposes.
